Mike Buchanan began working for Electrone Europe in 2006 and also works as an independent business and marketing consultant with clients spanning the globe.
After joining Diebold EMEA as an independent consultant in 2001, he became part of the European marketing team of Diebold International until 2004.

Mike was a key member of the development team which launched US-based Satmark Media Group in the UK and Spain. When Satmark withdrew from international operations he founded ATMedia Ltd.

Prior to this he spent 13 years working with leading global technology company NCR starting in Edinburgh and moving to London, the US and Belgium as his career progressed. While based in the USA at the global headquarters of NCR, Mike was the EMEA marketing director for the public sector and part of the worldwide industry marketing team and was involved with the development of its corporate marketing strategy.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and in his spare time enjoys restoring and driving classic cars.
